1995
In 1995, where the rewinding market was carried out by using complex and non-automated machines, Maklaus was created and introduced the first fully automatic rewinder machine for stretch film.
1996
In 1996, in collaboration with a well-known Italian manufacturer, we built the first stretch film printing machine.
1997
In 1997 we advanced the film perforation process by introducing the first perforation unit on moving plastic material.
2001
In 2001, we launched the first RES-UNI for stretch film with the aim of providing small and large manufacturers to
produce different types of stretch rolls using a single machine.
2012
In 2012 we inaugurate the new sales office in Varese and develop our first laser microperforation system
2017
In 2017 our commitment and our successes were recognized by the Financial Times citing Maklaus among the top 1000 companies. Thanks to innovation and rapid growth; these represent the driving forces of the 21 st century European economy by generating jobs and supporting the competitiveness of the old continent.
2018
In 2018 we took the opportunity to present the new fastest rewinder mod Re-08 on the market at the Plast show and we deliver the first new printing machine.
2019
In 2019 at the K Show, we presented our first laser macro-perforation system.
2020
We celebrate the first 25 years of Maklaus and on this occasion we present our new site
2022
In 2022 our RES-08 and RES-UNI rewinders are recognized as functional assets for the technological and digital transformation of companies, obtaining the "Industry 4.0 Ready" certification.
