Mod. RES-UNI Automatic Rewinder is characterized by extreme flexibility in production. The machine covers all kind of finished rolls required by the market (automatic production of Mini-rolls, automatic use, manual use, pre-stretch and more). The mechanical and electric components have been widely tested on market. All manual operations (e.g. maintenance) can be carried out by inexperienced personnel. The machine produces rolls with core of easy adjustable internal diameter and width, covering the complete range required by the market. Rapid roll change and low energy consumption permit to achieve contained production costs. This machine was designed initially to be ready for future developments t come which makes it the best investment as an “update able”.
