Slitter Rewinder for Mini-Roll

!!! COMPLETELY AUTOMATIC!!!

Following the requirements of its customers, Maklaus built a new model of the automatic slitter rewinder RES-UNI in a completely automatic process. This new configuration comes to overtake actual manual operations.

At present, the process is accomplished as following:

Loading of cores on aluminium profile

and positioning in machine's hopper.

Removing finished rolls from the machine

and discharge aluminium profile

With the new process the described procedure becomes completely automatic in order to free the operator and increase productivity
